The Writers meet 2nd Saturday of every month from February to December 10 -12 noon.

Convenors: Trine Larsen and Julie Bowyer, both PCWC participants in the Pilot program of the Four Centres’ Emerging Writers Program.

Level:  Suitable for all writers.

Venue: Edith Cowan House, Building 20, ECU Joondalup Campus, 270 Joondalup Drive, Joondalup.

Group Overview:

Do you struggle to find time to write in your busy schedule? The PCWC Monthly Write-in Group may be the answer. The aim of this group is to capture words on the page, or your laptop screen, using the Pomodoro technique. The session consists of 20-minute writing bursts with brief breaks in between. Prompts can be provided if needed. No sharing of work or feedback offered. Our focus is on writing regardless of the genre you are writing in. All adult writers over the age of 18 are welcome.

Cost: $5 per session, includes light refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits).
